Children's room
A child's room needs flooring that brings together comfort, practicality and appropriate safety characteristics.
Children spend much of their time playing and moving around. Look for resistance to everyday impacts, wear and stains, alongside easy cleaning and documented indoor-air performance.
Wood flooring may be a suitable option. Where underfloor heating is planned, make sure the selected parquet and installation system are approved for use with it.
For younger children, carpet offers a softer surface for play and can help absorb sound. Consider slip and trip risks, cleaning requirements and the product's intended use when choosing a design.
